Technical Business Analyst

You have:

• English fluent\: written and oral(French would be an asset)

• Mainframe's experience (IBM/AS400/RPG) is an asset.

• Negotiation skills

• Master in Scientific or Business studies or equivalent experience

• Good understanding of IT / Technical capabilities.

• Experience with business travel

As a Business Analyst in the Product Delivery team, you will mainly be responsible for crafting complete product business requirements to provide all necessary information for successful development, testing, delivery, and measurement. You will also be the 3rd level of support expert for the 20 EMEA countries running Wings apps.

You will:
• Recover knowledge from the leaver (main areas are job scheduler, document manager & Credit card operations)
• Perform Business analysis for new development requests
• Operate as a 3rd level of support (expert) for the 20 EMEA countries running Wings apps
• Define user requirements for development of new or improvement of existing software solutions
• Write the business requirements with customers and other internal teams
• Validate the requirements and writing of the functional analysis
• Support the developers in the technical analysis writing and coding process
• Acceptance of the development project by processing validation tests
• Keep the industry knowledge up-to-date
